Black and Decker - Complaimt

This is my 4th time I've dealt with your company to get a new coffee maker. The last one you sent when you pour the coffee it goes all over and the little buttons on it are so hard to see unless you go very very close.

I did call and nt buydont complain they said they were willing to send me an old version of the coffee maker but last time it took 2 weeks and I do not want to cut the wire and wait 2 weeks for another coffee maker. I will not be buying another black and decker coffee maker again. I'll spend the extra and get a good quality maker from another company. Its just too bad, your customer service is awesome I only wish your coffee makers were as good.

The buttons should be bigger and light up so u can see them. Terrible.design.
