The new Black & Decker air conditioner arrived with a missing part, and the customer service line we called hangs up after 5 minutes each time after being on hold for support. We called four times and each time, it hangs up after 5 minutes.

Contacting them via their website results in an agent stating they can't help because a different company handles issues related to the Black & Decker air conditioning unit we purchased. We're left without support on a brand new product, unable to get parts for it.

We have also tried emailing directly with zero response. We're not sure what is going on at Black & Decker, but this will be the last product we purchase from them.
