Did not work out of the box
Bought B and D microwave from Bi-Mart new, in box. Did not work.-- all the touch controls were completely unresponsive.
Had bought it because it was cheap but it turned out to be very expensive in gas spent on the 30 mile round trip to the store. Add to that the strain of lifting and installing it ( I'm a five foot nothing 78year old lady), and time wasted reading all the instructions. This was the second B and D microwave I bought. The previous one failed after only a year.
Don't waste your time and money on this piece of abysmal workmanship.
The name Black and Decker used to mean something in this country. Now it means dishonest, cheap foreign trash.
Preferred solution: I would like you to stop making cheap crap that does not work in order to foist it off on the struggling American public.

Missing Hardware
I purchased a workmate 425 for my son here in Edmonton. I get it home and open the box only to find the frame and the 2 top boards in the box.
Mistakes happen, I get it !! The reason for this review? I called the Roper Road service center and talked to a wonderful lady there who I explained my situation with the workmate 425. I proceeded to tell her about the missing hardware, so she put me on hold to talk to the manager, fair enough.
She came back on the phone a few minutes later with sort of confused to tell me the manager says there's nothing they can do about it !!!
I could tell she felt I was being wronged and asked if she could put me back on hold to talk to the manager again. She gets back on the phone with an answer to me from the Manager in which I was told that if I want the missing hardware they sell it. Are you kidding me ??? To anyone reading this review stay as far away from this company unless you never have to deal with this place.
My biggest mistake was having a Dewalt Mancave which of course is owned by these snails. Anyone want to buy a large collection of Dewalt 20 volt and 60 V ??
I've learned the service at Milwaukee is great and so are the people there to deal with. Now I can see why there's a massive amount of terrible reviews for Black and decker .

Purchased black&decker compact washer on Feb/2023, the part’s quality isn’t good, break in 3months worse than Magic Chef brand. The process to get replacement parts took more than 3-4 months.
