My iron is not repaired since last 2 months
This company service center is itself a fraud.
They have given their after sales service to SRM Enterprise which is also looks like a fraud one. They commit you to come and do the repairs but intentionally gives you the wrong time and never comes.
I have a iron steam press which has not been repaired since last 2 months and even now also the technician is not ready to come they only issued me a tivket no. BND250********. 971668**** & +91 6364 *** *02 are the numbers of their service center but no one answers the calls.
Will request not to buy amy product from this company. Instead go with bajaj, philips, morphy richards etc atleast they give after sales service on time and resolves the issue in just 3-4 days.

bought 20.3 in. 1.7 cu.
ft. 6-Cycle Portable Top Load Electric Washing Machine. employee mina said there is no request #81473 in existence. said there is no request #1236****.
she said there is no such dept to fix washer, refused to give me her supervisor. mina refused to give me her last name to file a complaint. escalation #1236**** was closed with no one ever from the email service@***q***.com contacting beyond in 96 hours. no one one ever contacted me about a faulty adpater and hose for washer or even knew how to measure it.
i will never buy from this company again. mina claims she will get back to me and never did. claims she cant make any promises of when they can contact me. said there is no trouble shooting dept.
claims i never sent any photos and was lying constantly. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS THAT I SPOKE TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND MY CASE EXISTS!!! disgusting service!! I paid OVER $400 for this washer and enployees cant even call me or contact me??
i had to dig into their website to find a number to contact since none of these requests were ever responded to but sadly her advice didnt help. The dimensions in mm means that i cant find any adapter in the USA in inches that fits. i went to home depot and they cant even help me, even a plumber could not assist me.hose is pathetically short and adapater cant fit any of my faucets company knows American customers cant get this to work in America!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I'm looking for help to get the lines full off my trimmer edger I can't find anybody there to answer a question I'm tired of pushing the *** buttons you should have a person ask somebody what you need help with I needed help with a trimmer edger number st4000 and all I do is get that dumb secretary that keeps on repeating the same *** messages get somebody human that knows what they're doing don't call their service line or helpline they're no help at all don't call your helpline

I took several photos of my pole saw that was given as a safety award back in 2015, along with 2 other BD tools. I'm waiting on a response to see if the photos helped them determine what model it is.

What good is a product without including a charger?
This is crazy; it is not plainly explained on the box. But when you get it home, you'll find out.

I upgraded to the new, bigger power stack, and my oscillator saw died. The battery won't work in my other tools.
I love my Dewalts, but I have had one small battery go bad. It just fell, and this time I don't know what happened.
There's a short issue if there's a bump, so it's hard to honestly get the performance they are capable of. I've dropped my older ones many times with the XR battery, but it never messed up the tool or battery.
- Xr by far is the faster reliable nice grip durable by far the best
- You need ro have quality control or tech see why the new lower stacks can be drop or ran hard

I am still waiting for a resolution, but it is difficult to get in touch with them. Once you place an order online, there is no way to get a response from them.
As for cancellation, forget about it! I have already spent several days trying to contact them, and the only answer I received was, 'wait until you receive the item and then start the refund process.' They give you the runaround, and I am afraid that I might get stuck with the item!

Waiting on my bank to finish their investigation
B&D took out the money out of my account almost as soon as the order was placed. That was May 2. I received a box on May 10 containing a discharge chute. I had ordered 2 front wheels and a replacement blade.
I called on Friday, May 10 in the afternoon and after giving the info to a rep, was disconnected. U never called back. I called again and after being on hold for 17 minutes (at 4:08 CST)was hung up on and told to call back Monday by a recording.
Today I called at 7:40 am CST to hopefully avoid the rush and after being on hold for 39 minutes got a chance to talk to Crystal. She took my info and put me on hold so she could re-place the order.
When she came back on I was told that some of the parts I needed were on back order. I told her to cancel and issue a refund. She told me I would have to talk to "Tier 2" in order to get a refund. That was at 8:33 am CST.
I sat on hold (now I'm curious as to just how screwed up this is) and at 11:32 am CST ... after being on the phone for 3 hours and 50 minutes ... wait for it!...got disconnected again.
I had avoided contacting cub cadet at the web site as I know a chatbot is not going to authorize a refund. Besides, there was no reply window available when I did try to chat with the cub cadet bot.
This is theft ...
at the very least, of my time.
In excess of 5 hours spent on hold. I want my money returned and I will buy a new mower from an entity that doesn't torture their customers.

Animal repeller not working correctly
I believe I put this device together correctly. However, theres one piece extra and have no idea where it goes.
This is a motion detector that sprays water on unwanted animals in my yard (cats). At the moment I'm manually turning the faucet on.

The *** that actually turns on my portable dryer BLACK+DECKER BCED26 is cheaply made. It is also weirdly designed so a typical replacement *** will not work for it.
I've contacted Black N Decker customer support I kid you not at least 20 times and they have yet to send me a replacement *** and continue giving me the run around. I've come across one agent that went above and beyond to help me, but he works in a department that cannot resolve the issue at hand. The folks working in the positions to help are NO HELP whatsoever.
They are the worst and this is not my first time having an issue with them. I will never ever purchase another Black and Decker product and I'm pretty upset that I spent hundreds of dollars on a dryer that is essentially a piece of crap and have parts that they can't even replace because they're cheaply made pieces of garbage.

I received for my birthday a new Black and Decker 20v lithium ion Drill/Driver...
took it out of the box to charge the battery and no charge. Either the battery or the charger is not working...it just keeps flashing red.
I called all their customer service numbers trying to get to a live agent and that will not happen. They want you to open a warranty claim on a brand new product? They directed me to chat with Emma(virtual) on their website and she was texting me in a totally different language? What a joke.
A good company starts with outstanding customer service...Black and Decker is the exact opposite of that definition. I wasted two hours trying to get through to somebody. If the management thinks this is the way to endear themselves to their customers they will find out soon it is not. Unfortunately, they appear so tuned out and disinterested in customer satisfaction that nothing will change.
On the positive side, I invite any Black and Decker employee from their management team to use their system and try to get through and see what the experience is like.
Maybe that will help change things. Totally frustrated.
