Pool pump does not work and no help on weekends

Product is new and doesnt work.piece of garbage I just purchased cover pump end of last summer used it a few times. I went to use it after first rain,water filled on pool cover and pump never came on and it is filled way above water level for pump to automatically start pumping.doesnt work

Still have not received my parts!

Called 5weeks ago. About missing parts, that were shown on the Instructions to be in the box. Still have not received them and seems even though the box was sealed, when I got, in no hurry to resolve the issue. Next step is BBB is guess.

If they give you a ticket number for your request it doesn’t seem to do any good. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told by the last rep they do not have supervisors! Imagine that.

Terrible customer service, dishonest about policy

Every Black& Decker product I ever purchased was cheap and worthless. This time after my fan broke after 5 days of use, I decided to get a replacement through the warranty. After going through what was required to get a replacement, I was told I would get the new fan in the mail in 12 days or less. This was at the beginning of summer and now it is coming to the end of summer and I still don't have The fan I needed. So needless to say I spent the summer sweating like a pig. I called them a handful of times and just got a short, rude reply that I needed to be patient and that they were a lot of people ahead of me, which I'm sure there is because their products sucks so badly. I honestly don't think I am going to get the replacement and that they were just blowing sunshine at my *** I will never buy another black and decker product again in my life.

Poor quality and worse customer service and return/warranty resolution

I bought a stand up fan from black and Decker that only lasted about 5days before making a loud screaming noise. I called and went through the return through the warranty and was told I would receive my new replacement fan in two weeks and haven't received it and it's been a couple of months. I've called them four times to ask where my fan is and they just said tough, you'll just have to wait because we have a lot of people in front of you. This company sucks and I'll never buy another one of their products again.

Faulty Auxiliary Handle

The auxiliary handle on this LST300 keeps slipping as I am using it. I have to reset it to the correct position that I want it every couple of minutes. This is the 3rd one I have had and they all have done the same thing. I can't believe that I am the only person with this issue as all 3 units have had this same problem. I have reported this to Black & Decker several times as it is very inconvenient and can possibly cause an injury. I have suggested that they send out a representative to see first hand what I am experiencing, but I guess they are not interested. I believe their quality of products is lacking. I have been very happy with their products in the past and have many of their battery operated tools and this is why I have tried to stay with them since the batteries are interchangeable. Prior to this I had a Black & Decker LST220 with the same type of handle for over 10 years that never gave me any problems.

In need of help on a new product

Absolutely terrible customer service and support. I had just purchased a new portable air conditioner for $500 and had a question regarding the exhaust port. No one was willing to help and they could not transfer me to anyone that could. A complete waste of an hour trying to get an answer that I ended up finding in 5 minutes on google. Joke!!!

Awful Experience- Will NEVER buy from B&D again!

Was strung along for 2 months by customer service regarding a replacement part. Spent hours speaking with different reps who refused to assist or give any updates, nor would they provide a case # to reference, escalation #, or transfer me to a supervisor/manager. I ended up throwing away the nearly new AC unit and am out hundreds of dollars and hours of my time.

Crap batteries beware!

Black&Decker knowingly sells products that they know have fault batteries! It's nothing new! And when the customer person (definitely not customer service!), says that he will send one out right away! Just know nothing is coming! Black&decker doesn't even have batteries to send! They know you will go buy a cheep knockoff, and get by without b&d doing anything! That's the only way B&D can make money! By ripping off customers! 0 stars.

Iron malfunction in under 1 yr.

I purchased a Black and Decker Iron and it did not hold its heating temperature and was malfunctioning within a year of purchase.. When I called the customer service line I spoke with an individual who was very difficult to understand. I explained the problem and she basically started arguing with me and telling me it was my fault. Frustrated I thanked her for her time and stated I was very dissatisfied with my customer service experience. I recalled the customer service line and spoke to a helpful individual who I could understand. She said my product was in Warranty and sent me an email on how to replace it. However, this involved cutting off the cord and sending a picture and paying a shipping fee to replace the defective item. Also, the replacement item would not be shipped until they received the required documentation, leaving me without an iron for at least 7-10days. All this,"Hoopla," took at least 2 hours of my time. Totally frustrated, I probably will just go purchase another iron, because the Warranty return policy is so convoluted. I really do not know why I have to pay for shipping when their product did not function properly within a 1 yr. time frame. I guess this is their intention, to make it so complicated to adhere to all the Warranty requirements, that you just give up. Going Forward, I will probably be very guarded purchasing Black and Decker, where I used to consider them one of my preferred brands. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

I want to lnow where to buy a b&d flex portable vacuum?

There is no issue with Black&Decker. The issue is with your pissed company. I only wanted to find how to buy one of their products, a small vacuum cleaner. You led me down an impossible rabbit hole that led me into a tangle of things I never wanted. I gave up on your suggestion and turned to my Lord in prayer telling Him how much I needed that little vacuum. A day or so later, tonight, I opened my phone and it opened to deals on exactly what I wanted/needed. I got exactly what I wanted at the fraction of the cost I would have paid if I followed your advice.
